Direct Medics is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Business Support Administrator to join our team. As a leading healthcare recruitment agency, we specialize in providing staffing solutions for the healthcare sector, including Nursing and Healthcare Assistants, as well as a range of Allied Health professionals.

In this role, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the business, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including data entry, document management, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records, and assisting with general administrative duties.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders on a regular basis. If you are a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a strong administrative background, we would love to hear from you

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative/Reception role, ideally within a recruitment or healthcare setting but not essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude
