About the Role:

Hays Business Support is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Helpdesk and Scheduling Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update internal and external systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Review open work orders to ensure timely completion and resolution.
  • Monitor and review contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure they are met and challenged where applicable.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist management and other team members as needed to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Input data accurately and efficiently to maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good understanding of IT systems and experience working across multiple platforms.
  • At least 3 years of administration experience within the last 5 years.
  • Understanding of purchase order processes and procedures.
