**Position: Customer Service Representative**

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers in the store and identify their needs or problems.
- Provide information about different departments, products, and special promotions.
- Answer customer questions about our products and services.
- Maintain customer files and follow up with customers after they have made a purchase.
- Handle customer complaints about products and/or services.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints and other information in a reliable way.
- Follow up on missed appointments to ensure that customers are being sent reminders about upcoming dates.
- Handle incoming mail.
- Provide information to outside parties that may be needed to provide customer satisfaction. This could include but is not limited to providing information to outside sales representatives, marketing departments, or other company executives as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience in a related field.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: £200.00-£450.00 per week
