Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Updating internal and external systems
Reviewing open work orders
Ensure contractual KPIs are reviewed, met and challenged where applicable
Uphold excellent level of customer service for clients
Assist management and other team members as and when required
Data input
Ad hoc administrative duties

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

Proficient in Microsoft packages - excel, word and Outlook.
Good understanding of IT, with experience of working across multiple systems.
3 years administration experience within the last 5 years.
Understanding of purchase order processes
