This company is seeking to recruit a commercial administrator to support their strategic objectives.


Your Responsibilities
  • Handle administrative tasks during the procurement phase, including the preparation of inquiry packages and the aggregation of tender documentation.
  • Evaluate subcontractor payment applications on a weekly and monthly basis in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor.
  • Facilitate interim payment preparations for surveyor approval.
  • Maintain updated Payment Record Sheets following the completion of each payment cycle.
  • Perform general office responsibilities, ensuring accurate information collation and storage.
  • Process and issue subcontract orders for surveyor approval.

Qualifications Required
To be eligible for this position, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • The capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
