Training Administrator

The group is now looking for a competent and organised training administrator. The role will be based in our parent company Ermin Plant Hire. Working from their main depot in Gloucester.
Ermin Plant Hire was established in 1966 in Gloucester and has become one of the largest privately owned small tool hire companies in the South-West. Now operating from depots in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Cirencester, Worcester and Ross-on-Wye.As well as plant hire Ermin also runs a successful training centre offering a variety of courses to both internal and external customers.
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our training administration team. The successful candidate will work with the training manager and departmental managers to ensure that the correct courses are booked for colleague’s certificates of competence. You will be required to keep an up to date record of certificate expiry dates and ensure that courses are booked in advance of these.
The role will be based at our head office in Gloucester with hours of 8.30-5pm Monday – Friday. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years administration experience and training administration experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update training records to ensure compliance Arrange and organise training at relevant course centres Manage and maintain records of attendance at courses Ensure that the most cost-effective training option while maintaining standards are considered Ensure that all records are in the correct format as required by relevant organisations Carry out computer input of information to maintain records Inform management of non-attendees at courses To comprise and send out employee communications Organise and liaise with employees regarding their training and future courses Recording of sensitive data, including medicals and HAVs assessmentsBenefits:
