Job Description

Job Title: Training Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at Manpower UK. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Portfolio Management Office, ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Portfolio Management Office, including managing email inquiries, distributing emails to relevant stakeholders, and ensuring timely action/replies.
  • Onboarding Activities: Conduct onboarding activities for new joiners, including liaison with the new Line Manager, contracting companies, and setting up necessary accounts and IT systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Act as the single point of contact for administrative collaboration across the organization, providing advice and guidance to PMO members as necessary.
  • File Management: Oversee and manage the PMO's file structure and SharePoint, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Site and Course Bookings: Undertake site and course bookings for PMO members and visitors, ensuring seamless logistics and coordination.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the PMO Programme Manager and HPC, Nuc Ops & Renewables Project Managers, as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek best practices replication and continuous improvement for administration tasks, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the generation and dissemination of briefing packs, supporting all activities listed in the PMO Outputs battle rhythm.
  • KPI Management: Support the management of KPIs, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Performance Evaluation: Support Inspiro performance evaluation, ensuring timely and accurate feedback.
  • Post-Course Feedback: Support the development of post-course feedback reports, ensuring valuable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond to fast-moving situations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizing and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Teamwork: Excellent team working skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Desirable Attributes: Project management understanding and experience in supporting committees.
