We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps Gloucester. As a key member of our National Driver Training office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • License Acquisition Programs: Coordinate comprehensive programs for our valued clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Driver Medical Appointments: Schedule and manage driver medical appointments, theory tests, training sessions, and online study resources.
  • Bespoke Training Programs: Develop and manage customized training programs for our clients, including refresher and post-collision training initiatives.
  • Client Inquiries: Handle client inquiries and calls, utilizing internal systems such as CRM and Microsoft Word and Excel on a daily basis.

Requirements: Essential office experience and GCSE grades A-C in English and Maths are required to excel in this role.
