Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff upon their arrival, ensuring a welcoming presence at the front desk. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and effective communication. Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings, utilizing organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, faxes, and deliveries, maintaining a high level of professionalism. Provide administrative support to various departments, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, contributing to the efficiency of the team. Ensure the reception area remains tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary stationery and materials.
Requirements:
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred. Professional attitude and appearance, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
