Your main responsibility will be to assist the Marketing and Digital lead and Head of Marketing with implementing their marketing and social media campaigns, whilst also supporting the sales team in the achievement of new home sales. You'll be working within an environment where customer service is key. In return for your work you will have the opportunity to input your own ideas and experience making the role your own.

The successful applicant will be someone who can demonstrate a good understanding of the marketing process including digital marketing and social media. You must be a team player with good general office skills behind you and a positive 'can do' attitude.

Responsibilities:

- Liaise with the Marketing and Digital lead to ensure website and portals are up to date with all content

- Assist with the maintenance of all listings on Rightmove ensuring regular updates to maximise algorithm opportunities

- Work with the Marketing and Digital lead to build and implement effective marketing campaigns

- Provide general office support to the sales team

- Assist with the management of social media accounts
