About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our Perinatal Mental Health Team as a Perinatal Team Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Perinatal Mental Health Team, including answering phones, taking messages, and distributing mail.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient information and team documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.

Requirements

  • GCSE level education or equivalent (Literacy & Numeracy)
  • European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or equivalent
  • OCR/RSA III, QCF/NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proven experience of unsupervised administrative work in a busy office environment
  • Previous experience of using software packages such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Agenda, minute taking experience
