Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Anderson Recruitment Ltd. This is a brand-new permanent vacancy due to growth, and we can offer impressive career development opportunities.
As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be based in our bright and modern offices, working within a supportive team to assist with scheduling work and administrative tasks. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Administrative Tasks:
• Scheduling work diaries and booking in customer appointments.
• Responding to all incoming calls and emails.
• Receiving all relevant information in relation to repairs and processing/redirecting this to the relevant person.
• Ordering parts and items identified by the engineering teams.
General Administration:
• General administration tasks and providing support to the team.
• While previous office experience is a bonus, it's not essential. We are happy to consider candidates who are keen and willing with the desire to grow within an administrative role.
What We Offer:
• Salary - £24,250
• Hours - Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm - 1 hour for lunch
