Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager to join our team and take ownership of exciting new opportunities in our primary markets – the UK, Europe, and the US. You’ll be at the heart of the action, collaborating with business development, technical, legal, and commercial teams to bring high-impact solutions to life for our clients. From crafting winning pitches to ensuring flawless implementation, your role will be instrumental in delivering industry-leading loyalty and rewards solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Own New Business Opportunities: Manage opportunities from verbal closure to go-live, ensuring smooth transition and implementation.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, legal, and finance teams to build robust business models and respond to RFIs/RFPs with precision.
  • Be the Expert: Provide deep functional, technical, and commercial expertise, representing Valuedynamx in key client meetings and building trusted relationships.
  • Shape Product Strategy: Contribute to product roadmaps and ensure client needs are met with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Support BD Team: Assist in crafting compelling pitches and responding to complex client queries, ensuring successful business development outcomes.
  • Ensure Success from Start to Finish: Oversee the handover process, guiding new partners through the implementation phase and ensuring a smooth transition to live service.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in client services or product management, particularly within loyalty or payment-linked rewards (affiliate marketing, card linking, eGift cards).
  • Skills: Strong relationship-building ability, with experience engaging at senior levels (SVP/VP). Excellent at coordinating multiple stakeholders across commercial, technical, and operational functions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple short-term projects (3-6 months) and working across different business functions.
  • Passion for Innovation: Knowledge of the latest product trends and the competitive landscape, with a drive to improve commercial models and products.
