We are looking to hire an Office Administrator for our well-established manufacturing client located in North Liverpool.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production and delivery paperwork.
  • Serve as a liaison between warehouse, hauliers, sales, and customers.
  • Oversee annual leave, HR paperwork, and long service awards.
  • Promote employee wellbeing through initiatives.
  • Manage jobs from manufacturing to invoicing, track deliveries, and manage stock.
  • Handle correspondence, meeting preparation, file maintenance, communication, and scheduling.
  • Arrange haulage, raise transport manifests, and handle delivery queries.
  • Perform general office duties, including order entry, as needed.
