Office Administrator

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join a hard working, friendly and professional team of administrators at our office in Liverpool
The company is a growing consultancy of 80 people, we have been supporting some of the UKs most prestigious clients since 2002.
The Office Administrator will assist with the work load in the office on a permanent full time basis. 9am - 5pm 1 Hour lunch break
Training will be provided for all aspects of the Office Administrator role and full support will be provided by your manager and existing admin team.
Due to the location of the office, applicants should have their own transport.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to organise own workload
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Ability to accurately process technical data
- Friendly and professional conduct at all times
- Office experience min 1 years
- Good IT skills in Microsoft Office packages
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills

MAIN DUTIES
- Answering telephones
- Booking appointments
- Diary management
- Assistance with the compiling of technical reports
- Entering technical data
- Creating simple drawings in AutoCAD
- General office duties such as archiving.
