Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the Research Delivery Team within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the team in the delivery of both mental and physical health-based research projects, that reflect the services provided by the Trust.

This is a permanent full-time post based at the Institute of Mental Health, and working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role are to provide an efficient, effective, and confidential administrative service to the Research Delivery Team. This will involve working across several different research studies and prioritising work delegated from different members of the team.

Duties will include but are not limited to, answering and managing phone calls from research participants, managing email correspondence, organising research visits, minute taking, data entry, managing research paperwork, and electronic research documents.

You will work under the supervision of several different Research Delivery Officers at any one time and need to have good communication skills to support your prioritisation skills.

Applicants must possess a typing/word processing qualification to at least RSA III/OCR or equivalent and be educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
