About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Research Administrator to join our dynamic Research Delivery Team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth execution of both mental and physical health-based research projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Research Delivery Team, ensuring efficient workflow across multiple research studies.
- Manage a variety of tasks, including answering inquiries from research participants, handling email correspondence, organizing research visits, and preparing meeting minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for ongoing research projects, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with Research Delivery Officers and other team members to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with researchers, participants, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in word processing and data entry, meeting at least RSA III/OCR or equivalent standards.
- Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
