Role Overview:
We are growing our team and seeking an experienced Project Manager to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing global market research projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work with diverse teams and clients across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee international market research projects from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, providing regular updates on project progress and maintaining and strengthening relationships through exceptional service and consultation.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including data collection vendors, moderators and translators, to ensure seamless project execution and to recruit the highest quality respondents within field timeline.
- Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all projects.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any project-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years+ of International project management experience in market research, with a focus on Consumer, B2B, and Healthcare fieldwork.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research process
- Ability to problem solve and provide clients with suggestions/solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, confident working autonomously.
- Proficiency in market research methodologies and data collection techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and particularly with Excel.
