Project Manager for HVAC Engineering

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our HVAC engineering projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver HVAC engineering projects, including budgets, resource planning, procurement, and logistics.
  • Manage Health and Safety reporting and ensure safe handover of projects.
  • Develop and build customer, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver clear performance expectations, carry out performance evaluations, and build development plans.
Requirements:
  • Project Management experience in the HVAC engineering industry, leading projects from start to finish.
  • Contract Management experience and supervisory skills.
  • Working towards a Project Management qualification (APM, etc.).
  • High level of competence in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Project.
