Join Our Team as a Business Operations Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Project Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and logistics to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Project Management experience in the HVAC engineering industry
  • Strong understanding of HVAC/Refrigeration systems in industrial and commercial environments
  • Contract Management experience and supervisory skills
  • Working towards a Project Management qualification (APM, etc.)
  • High level of competence in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Project
