Your new company is seeking a highly skilled Business & Office Coordinator to join their team in Nottingham.
Your new role will be the heart of the office, supporting the team with general internal running and operations. You will be responsible for day-to-day office duties, project co-ordination, and creating high-quality communication to keep all staff up to date on internal matters.
- Support the team with monthly business planning and perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, travel, team events, and data analysis.
- Help set up and organise internal meetings, co-ordinate employee relations and outsourced partner relationships, and schedule regular reviews.
- Assist with presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents, and take leadership of individual projects and initiatives.
- Support the leadership team with ad hoc diary management and admin tasks, and ensure office consumables are well stocked.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Business/Office Manager with a proven track record of project co-ordination, diary management, recruitment support, people plan development and engagement, facilities support, book travel and accommodation, and executive projects. You will be IT literate, with expertise in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
