Overview of the Role

We are thrilled to announce a vacancy for a Research Administration Coordinator within the Research Delivery Team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to assist in the execution of various research initiatives focusing on both mental and physical health, aligning with the Trust's mission.

This is a permanent full-time position, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position include delivering a proficient, effective, and confidential administrative support service to the Research Delivery Team. You will engage with multiple research projects and manage tasks assigned by various team members.

Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Handling and responding to inquiries from research participants
  • Managing electronic correspondence
  • Coordinating research appointments
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Data entry and management of research documentation
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic research files

You will operate under the guidance of several Research Delivery Officers, necessitating strong communication skills to effectively prioritize your workload.

Qualifications Required

Candidates must hold a typing/word processing qualification equivalent to at least RSA III/OCR and possess an educational background of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

Please be aware that this position does not meet the salary threshold required for a Skilled Worker visa. Candidates without prior NHS experience will typically start at the lower end of the pay band in accordance with Agenda for Change guidelines.
