Job Scope:

As a Regional Service Line Manager – Vibrating screens and feeders ,
you will be a solid mix of technical and business development. As a key technical leader for your product service line, you will bring technical excellence to the field, while supporting the sales infrastructure in their strategic positioning in the market and optimizing the supply chain, ultimately driving the overall growth of your service line in the APAC region.

Your responsibilities:

Coordinate technical sales / technical teams for a specific product line while developing and executing go-to-market strategies.

Manage/coordinate customers and their assets throughout the product life cycle, improving aftermarket growth and increasing active client base including developing asset continual improvement plans, technical support, and best-in-class service.

Drive Project development through auditing, proactive technical selling, and process and product performance reviews

Work with site account managers to craft site account plans, including mapping offerings and customer installed base, and drive all financial and operational aspects (like forecast, OI, CM, budgets, etc.)

Own all technical aspects of the service line towards sales colleagues and clients

Contribute to the proposal & engineering team the provision of accurate and timely quotations

Support / own inventory levels in designated regions ensuring part availability in alignment with the Global Sourcing strategies.

Work with Global SLM and regional procurement to facilitate local sourcing as applicable.

Travel - Regular travel is expected in this role, up to 50 % time. Volumes will vary based on the requirements of the role.

What you bring:

Experience in technical specialist and business development roles with demonstrable success in developing sustainable solutions to support the sales effort to increase market share.

Good technical capability with vibrating screens and feeders

Ability to turn insights into actions, creating and executing an implementation plan

Capability to work in a global matrix organization

Experienced utilizing ERP database systems is desired i.e. Oracle, Citrix / Epicor, SAP, or similar systems (highly regarded)

Good experience within the mineral processing industry.

Existing good network of key stakeholders within the mineral processing industry.

Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships both internally and with external clients with strong customer service skills.

Demonstrated business acumen to develop realistic business plans with stretch targets and a clear plan to reach those targets.
