Purpose of the position:  

The role of KFC CEE Procurement Transformation Specialist, reporting into CEE Supply Chain Lead, is both an analytic and operational role that involves: 

Gathering and analyzing procurement related data from Franchisees, Suppliers and Distributors Coordinating projects with Franchisees to accelerate Pan-Europe procurement coverage of currently locally sourced products  Support S&OP framework with internal and external stakeholders.

Success will be measured through the set-up of robust system to gather data consistently and effectively from all related sources and generating insights to create procurement opportunities for Pan-Europe procurement team.

Job size:

KFC CEE is a business with more than stores, franchisees and roughly Mio USD procurement spend, with the ambition to double size by . The procurement transformation focuses primarily on Food (including chicken) and Packaging categories. 

 Although this may vary time to time, currently the Job focusses on:

Engaging with Procurement Team and Franchisees to identify and execute opportunities to transfer locally procured product to Pan-Europe procurement  Build, maintain and optimize a data collection system, utilizing existing technology and other relevant resources, among others Trace One, Helios etc. Data gathering and analysis. Master data support/ creation for SC data Engaging with the Procurement Team, Franchisees and External partners, to build, maintain and optimize a data collection system, utilizing existing technology and other relevant resources, among others Trace One, Helios etc.
 

Job function:

Procurement transformation (%) Coordinate CEE Franchisees participation to Pan-Europe sourcing activities and tender to integrate CEE procurement spend into Pan-Europe 

Collect data from CEE Franchisees Align Specifications within CEE & across BMU’s Support procurement team in volume allocations to optimize the Spend & Supplier Service in CEE Demonstrate realized savings

Data Management and Analysis (%)

Master data alignment through creating and maintaining Master data files in relevant systems. Logistics data alignment ( case sizes, pack formats, pallet/load formats)

Demand planning (%) 

Annual establishment and day-to-day implementation of the category data sourcing across the system Communicate on-going and rolling forecasts in line with NNU/ Organic growth plans and LTO strategy in markets.  Support Category & QA managers in setting up a data-driven process to control supplier operational standards with emphasis on product quality and safety.

Support Franchisee management (%) 

Gather Franchisee relevant data and update FZ Scorecards with SC related data. Maintain TrueView SCM Data (Suppliers, Supplier Agents) accurately and perform regular health checks Support S&OP process through coaching Franchisees on the tools/ processes. Together with suppliers and/or Finance, calculate SCM Fees in line with the system implemented per market Gather and analyze inflation & COS relevant reports. Participate in Spend Smarter program by providing insights on Franchisee Spend Smarter data and support Finance in validating financial impact.

Knowledge and skills required:

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

University Degree - preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics/International Business/Finance Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Advanced command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, knowledge of PowerBI will be advantageous.

EXPERIENCE 

- years in Supply chain (logistics & purchasing) experience Experience working in FMCG / QSR / logistics companies  Experience in multinational organization/global environment will be advantageous.
