We service independent repairers, body shops, auto centres, fast fit companies and end consumers with parts and equipment through a network of national and regional logistics platforms as well as networks of local distributors comprising our own subsidiaries and independent affiliates

A high-performing Sales Manager is required to support branch operations & sales by effectively directing the branch & field based sales teams towards company strategies & goals

Duties / Responsibilities:

Full accountability for achieving sales & margin targets across the branch network Delivery of ‘Group’ sales initiatives, campaigns & promotions Working with all relevant departments & external partners to create, manage & deliver sales campaigns & promotions Supporting the Key Accounts team in the successful delivery of new & existing contract business Assisting with tendering for key account business Setting & managing sales targets for branch & field based sales team members Working with all relevant stakeholders to achieve marketing within a budget Management of purchases for merchandise & staff uniform Administration & management of company CRM system Administration of group customer loyalty scheme Ensuring successful engagement in the group Garage Network program Managing customer incentives – i.e. rebate schemes etc. Delivering regular performance updates to team on general sales, promotions performance Arranging, hosting & presenting sales meetings Attending supplier meetings when required Data analysis prior to & during business acquisitions Ensuring successful implementation of company strategies in newly acquired businesses Other reasonable duties as required by the business

Ability to work under pressure Confidence, drive and enthusiasm Decision-making ability Planning and organisational skills Strong level of computer literacy Experience of working within the Automotive Aftermarket High level of commercial awareness Team Player High level of both written and verbal communication
