HR Business Partner
Corby / Part Time / Fixed Term Contract*

Your responsibilities


  • Provide HR support to line managers
  • Support formal meetings
  • Coach line managers on ER issues
  • Work with managers to develop performance, engagement, absence and employee turnover
  • Support any organisational design issues / changes 

Your profile


  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience within a HR role with high volume case load
  • Comprehensive / detailed understanding of employment law
  • Experienced in interviewing to support Team Staffing 
  • Work effectively with Senior Managers in a confident and co-operative way 
  • Seeks to improve processes and excellent attention to detail
