This role’s main focus will be supporting the HR Manager with Learning & Development and Recruitment.

**Main responsibilities of the HR Assistant **include**:

- **Recruitment Support**:

- Maintain the applicant tracking system and recruitment records.
- **Training & Development**
- Support with sourcing and booking training.
- Create and maintain accurate records of all training undertaken.
- Provide reports on training completed.
- Assist with CITB claims for training.
- Onboarding
- Employee Records and Documentation

- Employee Relations
- Compliance and Reporting
- Employee Engagement
- General Administrative Support

**Our ideal HR Assistant** **will have the below skills and experience**:
Essential:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality

Desirable:

- Previous experience working in a busy HR team
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- CIPD qualification
- Experience using COINS
