HR Adviser

Location: This role is offered on a 6-month fixed term contract basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our offices at Corby, Northamptonshire._
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Adviser to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to contribute to our company's success by providing procedural support, resolving complex queries, change management and project delivery to the business.
**What you will be doing**:
You will join our fantastic People Services team to provide advice and carry out activities in Employee Relations and Centres of Expertise. You will make appropriate decisions to meet customer needs.
This is a highly varied role in terms of the topics and nature of support required.
**About you**:
- Extensive experience of supporting a large business with complex employee relation cases.
- Change management and project delivery experience.
- Experience with SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc or other equivalent People systems is desirable.
- Working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to flex priorities as and when needed.
- Able to use initiative and collaborate effectively to seek out solutions.
- Hungry to improve and develop your career in the People function.
- Obsessed with delivering for the customer and improving their experiences.
