The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient HR and recruitment service that enables a timely and accurate HR administration provision to all staff in school.

You will be the first point of contact for all HR enquiries in school and will provide basic advice on policies and procedures, supported by the wider Central People Team.

You will support with minute taking in HR meetings and liaise with the People Business Partner on all ER cases.

You will also support employees with payroll queries and ensure the HRIS system is updated accordingly to meet payroll deadlines.
- **37 hours a week, 7am - 3pm for 41 weeks a year. This is term time plus 2 weeks in school holidays. **_

**Please note the salary is full time equivalent and salary will be pro-rata to match working weeks.**
