We are seeking a proactive and enterprising HR Administrator to join our client in Corby on a temporary basis for approximately 3-6 months. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making a real difference in the world of education.

The role involves being the first point of contact for all HR queries, using templates to produce and issue a range of HR documents, and supporting colleagues in preparing reports and data for committees.

This position requires excellent organisational skills, a high degree of IT literacy, and the ability to promote equality and diversity throughout the organisation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an HR administrator, ideally within the education sector, and a commitment to personal and professional development.">
  • The salary for this role is estimated to be around £85 per hour.
  • The job involves managing leave requests, return to work processes, and informal absence meetings.
  • The successful applicant will also be responsible for ensuring high quality inductions are implemented and completed, and supporting with any administrative tasks before, during, and after formal meetings.
