Vacancy: HR Administrator

We are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our team at Vanilla Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide high-quality HR services, foster a positive work environment, and contribute to the creation of a positive working culture.

The role includes:

  1. Providing HR support to colleagues, including basic advice on policies and procedures
  2. Producing and issuing HR documents using templates
  3. Supporting the preparation of reports and data for committees
  4. Building and maintaining good working relationships across the organisation
  5. Coordinating recruitment tasks, including shortlisting, advertising, and interviews
  6. Coordinating pre-interview and pre-employment checks, as well as arranging inductions
  7. Maintaining personnel files and HR records in line with best practice

We are offering a competitive salary of £20 per hour for this role, along with subsidised dining, on-site parking, and a 37-hour working week from Monday to Thursday.
