About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Vanilla Recruitment (UK) Ltd on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring that all HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience as an HR administrator, ideally within the education sector. You should also possess excellent organisational skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have a high degree of IT literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the HR department
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records
- Assisting with recruitment and selection processes
- Supporting colleagues in preparing reports and data for committees
- Building and maintaining good working relationships across the organisation
- Coordinating pre-interview and pre-employment checks, as well as arranging inductions
