Supply Chain Administrator Role

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the UK Head Quarters of a well-established company. As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset to workloads. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
- Working closely with Supply Chain Coordinated & Supply Chain Manager with all administration duties
- Answering all incoming calls and responding to emails for the department
- Data entry of incoming and out going stock, allocating stock for orders
- Monitoring stock levels, investigating any discrepancies
- Process all orders on SAP
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
- Proactive mindset to workloads
