We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and flexible administrator (or two part time administrators to work as a job share) to work with many members of the wider multidisciplinary team in the department.

Solihull Hospital is situated close to the town centre with good access to buses and rail transport.

Main duties of the job

To assist in the provision of an effective administrative service to support clinical departments and teams.

Working in conjunction with colleagues, service users and stakeholders to provide an efficient clerical support service, ensuring this is patient focused and patients receive a compassionate and professional service.

To produce clinical letters for skin surgery and various nurse led clinics. To scan documents onto our systems. To provide support with administration to the medical secretaries and operational support managers. To work on databases inputting and extracting data. To respond to any patient or GP queries in a timely manner.
