- Working within a busy environment you will work well under pressure, be confident in prioritising, and have the desire to work as part of a wider team.
- Intermediate ability to use all MS Office packages is essential, Advanced is preferred.
- You will have an excellent telephone manner.
- Previous experience in an administration role is essential.
What you’ll be doing
- Working with the HR Manager to process all administrative tasks linked to starters, promotions and other contractual changes.
- Sending out correspondence in a timely manner.
- Supporting the wider HR team, with ad hoc tasks, as required.
- Daily use of the HR system, Fourth. By becoming a proficient and confident user of the system, this will enable you to drive accuracy and efficiency.
