HR Admin - Leatherhead

The roleWorking within a small and busy team, this Administration position is an essential part of the HR Team. This position focuses on producing contracts of employment for our new starters, processing contractual changes to support our internal promotions and ensuring our HR system, Fourth, accurately reflects our employees' personal details and employment data.

  • You will have strong attention to detail in your work and a desire to ensure your work is as accurate as possible.
  • You will search for ways to help us continually improve our HR processes, with the aim of increasing efficiency.
  • Working within a busy environment you will work well under pressure, be confident in prioritising, and have the desire to work as part of a wider team.
  • Intermediate ability to use all MS Office packages is essential, Advanced is preferred.
  • You will have an excellent telephone manner.
  • Previous experience in an administration role is essential.

What you'll be doing
  • Working with the HR Manager to process all administrative tasks linked to starters, promotions and other contractual changes.
  • Sending out correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the wider HR team, with ad hoc tasks, as required.
  • Daily use of the HR system, Fourth. By becoming a proficient and confident user of the system, this will enable you to drive accuracy and efficiency.
