Overview of the role:

To work autonomously as part of a multi-disciplinary Occupational Health Team leading and developing the JCB Active service within JCB and the JCB Golf and Country Club, ensuring the service is of the highest quality and evidence based.

Key areas of responsibilities:

Operational Management:

· Oversee the day-to-day management/operations of JCB World Headquarters, Cabs and the Champions leisure facilities based at the JCB Golf and Country Club

· Implement strategies to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

· Manage budgets, monitoring expenses and implement cost-effective measures to achieve financial targets.

· Implement and maintain quality control standards to uphold the brand image, ensuring consistent and exceptional member experience.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations relating to JCB Active.

Training and Development:

· Lead and inspire a team of fitness advisors, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.

· Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.

· Ensure facilities are updated with industry trends.

Partnerships and Events:

· Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organisations.

· Plan and execute fitness events to drive community engagement.

About you:

We are seeking an experienced Gym Instructor, with a minimum Level 2 Gym Instructing qualification, ideally Level 3 qualified.

Hours of work will be 39 per week Monday to Friday, however flexibility will be required to cover weekends on occasion if required. Ability to be flexible on holidays is also essential as JCB Active is open during some shutdown periods.
