**Overview of the role**:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join our Payroll and Benefits team in Rocester, Staffordshire. The role is immediately available.

You will play a key role within the Payroll & Benefits team in providing effective and efficient administration in the delivery of service, support and advice to employees and liaison with third party providers as required.

**Your Responsibilities as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator**:

- Maintenance of employee benefit and payroll data and the updating of benefit membership data to third party providers
- Manage the completion of month end and year end reconciliations and benefit renewals
- Liaising with benefit providers in resolving queries
- Support the preparation and running of annual processes, including the annual pay and bonus reviews.
- Provide regular updates to analytics for management information.

**About you**:

- Able to deliver excellent customer service at all times with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in an administration role and looking to further their career in the Payroll and Benefits function
- Experience of providing customer service and interacting with people
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Confident communication style and able to deal with queries efficiently and competently
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work within an established team and with experience of working with high volumes and tight deadlines, with personal accountability to organise and prioritise your own workload, whilst demonstrating careful diligence and adhering to all mandatory audit requirements
