Ability to develop a good rapport and close working relationship with members of the sales team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail help in managing multiple calls and campaigns efficiently. Familiarity with marketing communications platforms can be beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Experience in B2B telemarketing role or similar speaking to C level contacts. Knowledge of CRM systems is important for tracking leads and customer interactions.
