About the role
This role is being advertised as a FTE secondment opportunity for internal UCL staff only. Funding is available until the end of March , this role is a maternity cover.
The main purpose of the EDI Administrator role is to provide administrative support to the EDI Team. This will include (but is not limited to) taking minutes at EDI committee meetings, updating web content, creating forms, responding to mailbox queries and providing administrative support to ongoing projects in the team.
Alongside this, the EDI Administrator will also be responsible for managing a complex and shifting diary for the EDI Director, accommodating the needs of senior colleagues from across UCL and key contacts from external organisations.
About you
You will be experienced in:
managing a busy diary to accommodate multiple competing priorities and stakeholders being able to work on different tasks at the same time / switching from one to the other frequently and easily providing effective administration and support in a busy office environment accurate and concise minute taking skills
