We are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our thriving business You'll be responsible for delivering a Joint Business Plan that executes both external and internal objectives. To excel in this role, you'll need to be adept at negotiation skills, demonstrate commercial awareness, possess strong Excel ability, exhibit creative thinking, have a working knowledge of retailer requirements, and showcase good interpersonal and communication skills.

Working with a team of talented individuals, your role is to assist with strategy, plan & budget to deliver corporate objectives.This role requires an individual who is agile, able to champion fresh ideas, and strive to aim higher.

For this role, we're really keen to bring in someone who is focused on excellent planning, organising, and time management. This role would really suit somebody who is proficient in critical thinking and judgement. To be recognised internally as the Account expert, your day to day activities will include working towards long term career growth and development.

The Key Requirements...

Support the SCBM in executing our annual account plans to deliver corporate objectives, such as hitting NPD targets Communicate on a day to day basis with the customer on driving growth agenda Ensure excellent execution of the Cake seasonal plans Drive the accuracy and delivery of monthly sales forecasts – working with supply chain, factory forecasting, finance Assist with promotional programmes, ensuring promotions are communicated, forecasted, delivered, and then evaluated in a timely manner. Work with Marketing & Category to deliver New Product Launch plans (distribution, display, turnover targets) Work with Category & Marketing to drive Customer range review delivery, and post review evaluation & future recommendations

As a Customer Account Manager, you possess negotiation skills, demonstrate commercial awareness, have strong Excel ability, showcase creative thinking, and possess a working knowledge of retailer requirements.

Good interpersonal and communication skills are key, along with excellent planning, organising, and time management. Critical thinking and judgement are also vital. You would thrive on relishing challenges and being motivated by exciting opportunities.

Your remit would be focused on delivering results, meeting targets, and driving success within your role. You're not one to shy away from responsibilities or difficult tasks. In this role, you will be given the chance to excel and grow, dealing with various challenges and opportunities.
