Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Business Administrator to join our team.
You will be responsible for: -
· All aspects of administration support
· Be the main focal point and contact for the office, answers phone calls and warmly greet visitors
· Manage all correspondence through emails and respond according.
· Maintain effective systems ensuring that all filing and systems are kept up to date.
· Support with service delivery guaranteeing compliance
· Support Head of people with recruitment paperwork and referencing.
· Co-ordinate and complete Care pro newsletters.
· Provide Project admin support as and when required for the business.
· Carry out other duties that is deemed necessary
· Must have a good standard of written and Oral English
· Two years’ experience in an Administrative role is desired
This role requires you to be organised and you must be able to work under pressure in a busy environment. To be able to carry out this role effectively, you need to be competent in the use of Microsoft office and have knowledge of using web-based systems.
The role is 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch.
