**Job Description**:
We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Business Administrator to join our team.

You will be responsible for:
- All aspects of administration support
- Be the main focal point and contact for the office, answers phone calls and warmly greet visitors
- Maintain effective systems ensuring that all filing and systems are kept up to date.
- Support with service delivery guaranteeing compliance
- Support Head of people with recruitment paperwork and referencing.
- Co-ordinate and complete Care pro newsletters.
- Provide Project admin support as and when required for the business.
- Carry out other duties that is deemed necessary
- Must have a good standard of written and Oral English
- Two years’ experience in an Administrative role is desired

This role requires you to be organised and you must be able to work under pressure in a busy environment. To be able to carry out this role effectively, you need to be competent in the use of Microsoft office and have knowledge of using web-based systems.

The role is 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch.

Satisfactory references will be required prior to securing a job offer.

Remuneration for the role is £23,500
