We are looking for a 4th person to join our team in the office in an administrative assistant role.
General & Admin Project Tasks:
- Requesting quotes
- Creating and issuing POs
- Coordinating deliveries
- Receiving deliveries
- Producing O&M Manuals
- Printing site folders
- Printing and processing tender & job folders
- Answering the intercom
- Answering phones / general reception duties
- Taking meeting minutes
- Creating basic signage
Accounts Tasks:
- Accounts payable tasks
- processing accounts payable invoice
- reconciling statements
- dealing with phone calls
- Accounts Receivable tasks
- produce accounts receivable invoices
- make payments
- cash flow
- reconcile bank,
- statements
- credit card
- CIS & payroll
- VAT
The above is the ideal, the accounts work is already undertaken so a lot of this work will be working alongside to assist and provide support during busy periods, we will not expect someone to come in and sort the payroll on their first day. It’s a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career to come in and learn/grow within the role
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
