The responsibilities..
- Providing ongoing support to the finance team
- Administering and processing timesheets ensuring all pay and charge rates are correct and up to date
- Following multiple processes tailored to our clients’ needs and working towards deadlines ensuring that our payroll function runs smoothly
- Performing data entry tasks onto Excel and other CRM systems
- Processing invoices on a weekly basis
- General office and admin duties
The skills required..
- Confident working with numbers
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Organised with good time management skills
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable but not essential..
- Experience working on Eclipse software
- Experience in the recruitment industry
- Experience within a payroll function
