Business Administrator

**The Role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Administrator within the Councils Fleet & Facilities Service. This is a permanent position where you will learn all administrative support functions within the Fleet & Facilities Service.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Business Administrator you will provide support to the Fleet & Facilities service with respect of but not limited to:
- Payments to suppliers and resolving invoice queries
- Processing of vehicle job cards
- Hiring of vehicles & plant for the wider directorate
- Driver licence validation checks
- Support with fuel queries
- Banking of monies and petty cash re-imbursements
- Assisting with maintaining digital library
The team is also responsible for a weighbridge within Warrington and you will be required to cover this site on a rota basis at least one day per week but more dependent on the needs of the service.

**About You**
Applicants must have relevant experience of working in a business administration function and in working as part of a team, as well as on their own initiative.
Experience for computer systems and electronic data handling is essential.
The ability to work under pressure to a high degree of accuracy and meet tight deadlines.
