Business Support Administrator

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive Business Support Administrator to join our team. This role requires a well-organised individual who enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office and can handle a variety of responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the coordination and screening of large projects.
- Register new employees on our internal systems accurately and efficiently.
- Regularly check supplier documentation to ensure they meet our compliance standards.
- Oversee and update employee licensing to ensure current and valid licenses.
- Assist the Operations team with the management of site documentation.
- Process paperwork and administrative tasks related to employees leaving the company.
- Manage and maintain fleet documentation to ensure all vehicles are documented correctly.
- Collect data and compile reports as needed across different departments.
- Provide basic IT support where necessary.
- Undertake various other administrative duties as required to support the business's operational needs.
- Provide administrative support directly to the Managing Director.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office and database management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
