The Front of House Administration team at this successful business play a vital role in the experience a client receives, this role in particular will require travel to other offices throughout Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and London to cover for absences.


We're looking for an organised and reliable Receptionist/Administrator to take responsibility for:

  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment across various offices.
  • Undertaking concierge tasks for client meetings.
  • Managing local office facilities.
  • Completing routine health and safety checks and undertaking the necessary reporting.
  • Maintaining the company CRM system.
  • Supporting with administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with event planning and co-ordination.
  • Working on ad hoc projects as required.


Front of house or reception experience is required along with good customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.


Time management and planning skills are important in this busy role along with being confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.


Attention to detail and having good judgement and initiative especially around deadlines is key.

Location:

Cambridge primarily but travel required to other offices in Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and London.


Hours:
