**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the University of Cambridge. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Occupational Health Service, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Occupational Health Nurse Manager and Office Manager, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with team colleagues and service users, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs to perform administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and email management.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as required, appropriate to the grade of the post.
**Requirements**
- Positive and reliable attitude, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working in an office environment, preferably within a higher education or NHS setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent administrative skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs.
