Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team at Guillevin International. As an Administrative Associate, you will provide administrative support to our managers and team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our business centre.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including email, scheduling, and billing.
- Track and update accounts receivable, and manage accounts payable.
- Process freight claims and daily delivery summaries.
- Customer Service
- Manage day-to-day calls and redirect them to the right person as required.
- Process the business centre's mail and balance the petty cash.
- Event Coordination
- Coordinate occasional events or projects, such as shows and customer events.
- Process Improvement
- Inform managers of any administrative anomalies and recommend improvements to ensure reliable and efficient administrative processes.
- Education and Experience
- Work experience in administrative support and customer service.
- Skills and Abilities
- Well-organized, resourceful, and an independent learner.
- Adaptable and able to prioritize.
- Strong computer and writing skills, good spelling.
